Sakrete Top ‘N Bond Concrete Patcher is a contractor-grade repair mortar ideal for patching, leveling and fine refinishing of concrete and masonry under ½”. Polymer-modified for high strength and excellent workability, Top ‘N Bond can be spray, squeegee or trowel-applied down to a feather edge and can be opened to foot traffic in 24 hours.
